Refund policy

We hope you love your jewellery, but in the event you’d like to return it, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of earrings unless they are faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return:

• Please provide us with the reason that you'd like to return. If your item is faulty, please provide an image and description of the fault.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  
• Once we receive the item and approved the return you will receive a refund.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
